Harem Pants
We ship all of our harem pants to our customers within 3-5 business days. These are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
All Other Gear
As we are still young and growing, we need some help from the big guys to get our shipments out to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, some of our shipments will come in Amazon packaging. Don't worry! We are still in total control of the rest of the process, they just help us get your product to you quicker :)
For all of these items, you can expect your order to get to you in 3-5 business days. If you have not received your products in this timeframe, please reach out to us for an update on its status.
International Purchases
While we would like to supply the whole world with our gear, unfortunately we aren't quite there yet. However, we are happy to accommodate international customers looking to place an order under certain conditions. Please reach out to us at dj@activeroots.co and we can figure out if we can get a shipment to you!

Return Policy
We can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate your support in helping us promote traveling around the world. However, we know things don't always work out as planned. If your purchase isn't exactly what you want it to be, we will make it right. We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our products, as long as they are returned in their original, new condition. Return fees will be borne by the customer and subtracted from the refunded amount.

No problem! As with returns, we accept exchanges up to 30 days after your purchase, but at no cost. We want you to be happy, so let us know what we can do to make that happen!
